How to consult the Bolsa Família with the CPF

Step 1 – Access the official Bolsa Família application on your cell phone. It is available on iOS Smartphones on the App store, and on Androids on Google Play.
step 2 – After accessing the application, download it correctly using your login and personal access password.
step 3 – On the MENU tab, choose the type of query you want to perform and enter the following:
- UF – State.
- County.
- Family data.
step 4 – With the access made and the information cited correctly, request the Bolsa Família consultation with the CPF. At this stage, it is necessary to provide the NIS - Social Registration Number.

How to register for Bolsa Familia
As we are well aware, Bolsa Família is a program totally aimed at assisting the population in extreme poverty in Brazil. Therefore, in order to register, it is necessary to fulfill some requirements that prove the need to be part of the program.
In January 2019, President Jair Messias Bolsonaro, together with the Ministry of Economy in Brazil, closed millions of accounts that were found to be irregular. The main reason was not needing to participate in the program.
Thus, in the same year, Bolsa Família was able to pay the 13th salary to program participants for the first time in history. This is because the benefit has undergone a profound change in the way it is registered. To register for Bolsa Familia, you need to do the following:
- Have proven monthly income of R$ 89.00 reais per person in the family. It proves extreme poverty.
- Prove monthly income per person in the amount of R$ 178.00 reais. It proves poverty.
To register, you must submit the following documents;
- Birth certificate;
- Identification document with photo, being necessary to contain the RG and CPF, of all members of your family who already have the document;
- Work Card of all family members who have the document;
- Vaccination Card of all family members who are under 14 years old;
- Proof of School Enrollment for all family members who are under 18 years old.
In case of approval, every month you will receive Bolsa Família, the withdrawal can be carried out at CEF – Caixa Econômica Federal, at lottery shops linked to Caixa or at 24-hour ATMs that release cash.
